将S-180肉瘤匀浆接种在瑞士小鼠的腋窝,并分为两组。一组每日静脉注射Ge-132 100 mg/kg,另一组仅作对照组。两组分别于5天及12天后杀死,取出瘤组织进行光镜及电镜检查观察,部分做G6 PDH,LDH组织化学。结果表明在治疗组与对照组相比,肿瘤的体积较小,瘤细胞的核分裂数减少。组织化学则见治疗组G6 PDH及LDH较对照组活性减弱。电镜下见治疗组的瘤细胞细胞器减少,核多见固缩状,线粒体有沉积物,胞膜变平直等表现。这些改变均支持Ge-132能抑制瘤细胞的生长。本文并对其抗肿瘤作用机制加以讨论。
S-180 sarcoma homogenates were inoculated into the armpits of Swiss mice and divided into two groups. One group received daily intravenous injection of Ge-132 100 mg/kg, and the other group only served as a control group. The two groups were killed after 5 days and 12 days respectively. The tumor tissues were removed and examined by light and electron microscopy. Partial G6 PDH, LDH histochemistry was performed. The results showed that the tumor volume was smaller in the treatment group than in the control group, and the number of mitotic cells in the tumor cells was reduced. For histology, the activity of G6 PDH and LDH in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. Under the electron microscope, the organelles of the tumor cells in the treatment group were reduced, and the nucleus was more often seen in the form of a pyknosis, and the mitochondria had deposits, and the cell membrane became flat and straight. These changes all support that Ge-132 can inhibit the growth of tumor cells. This article discusses its anti-tumor mechanism.
