目前,国外如美、苏、英、法、日等国,已将高温冷却技术广泛应用于民用和军用车辆上,高温冷却技术对坦克及其它装甲履带车辆来说,尤为必要。因为坦克采用大功率柴油机后,由于动力室空间所限,冷却系统尺寸不可能过大,过热问题就成了当前迫切须要解决的关键。采用高温冷却不仅成本低廉,而且对冷却系统的结构改变甚小,是值得大力开展和研究的新课题。
