以烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)愈伤组织为材料,研究了不同激素配比及浓度对愈伤组织绿苗分化率、绿苗产量/玻璃苗产量(G/V)等分化指标的影响。试验结果表明:在 MS+IAA0.2mg/L+KT1mg/L 培养基上,可获得较高的绿苗分化率;在含IAA0.5mg/L+6-BA2mg/L 的 MS 培养基上,可获得较高的 G/V 值;当愈伤组织先在附加 IAA 和 KT 的培养基上培养20天,再转至附加 IAA+6-BA 的培养基上培养时,则既可得到较高的绿苗分化率,又可提高 G/V 值。
Nicotiana tabacum callus was used to study the effects of different hormone combinations and concentrations on the differentiation index of callus, green plantlet yield and glass seedling yield (G / V). The results showed that higher shoot differentiation rate could be obtained on MS + IAA0.2mg / L + KT1mg / L medium; on MS medium containing IAA0.5mg / L + 6-BA2mg / L, The highest G / V value was obtained.
