目的:为探讨热休克蛋白-70对人类糖尿病性白内障晶状体上皮细胞的影响。方法:采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白碱性磷酸酶(strep-tavidin-alkalinephosphatase,S-P)免疫组化技术检测热休克蛋白-70(heatshockprotin-70,HSP-70)在人类糖尿病性白内障(23例)和正常晶状体(7例)上皮细胞中的表达。结果:热休克蛋白-70在人类糖尿病性白内障晶状体上皮中全部为阳性表达,而在正常晶状体上皮细胞中全部为阴性表达,二者差异有显著性(χ2=24.67,P <0.01)。结论:热休克蛋白-70在人类糖尿病性白内障发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of heat shock protein-70 on human diabetic cataract lens epithelial cells. Methods: Streptozotocin-alkaline phosphatase (SP) immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP-70) in human diabetic cataract (n = 23) And normal lens (7 cases) epithelial cells. Results: The expression of heat shock protein 70 was all positive in human diabetic cataractous lens epithelium, but negative in normal lens epithelial cells. The difference was significant (χ2 = 24.67, P <0.01). Conclusion: Heat shock protein 70 plays an important role in the development and progression of human diabetic cataract.
