在冲压生产中,经常要遇到大尺寸的弯曲件(如图1)。这样的零件在弯曲过程中,常由于材料的弹性回复,而使尺寸和几何形状达不到技术要求。尤其是自由弯曲时,零件不仅很难达到正确的尺寸和几何形状,也很难得到符合要求的圆角半径。因而,这类零件在弯制后需分段整形校平。但由于零件轮廓尺寸大,且很重,因而移动很不方便。为此,我们设计制造了整形校平模(如图2)。模具结构该模具由上、下模两部分组成。上模由上模板1、凸模2等组成;下模由下模板9、凹模3、8、11和两组弹顶装置组成。而弹顶装置是由套筒10、心轴4、托架6、弹簧5和法兰盘7组成。工作前,凸模2与上模板1随滑块一起在原位,托架6在弹簧5作用下连同心轴4和套筒10处于初始状态,零件则置于3、8、11三块凹模所组成的U形
In stamping production, often encounter large-size bending pieces (Figure 1). Such parts in the bending process, often due to the elastic recovery of the material, leaving the size and geometry to meet the technical requirements. Especially when bending freely, the part is not only difficult to achieve the correct size and geometry, but also difficult to get the required fillet radius. Therefore, such parts need to be trimmed and flattened after bending. However, due to the large size of the part contour, and heavy, and therefore very inconvenient to move. To this end, we have designed and manufactured plastic mold (Figure 2). Mold structure The mold by the upper and lower mold composed of two parts. The upper die is composed of the upper die plate 1, the punch 2 and the like; the lower die is composed of the lower die plate 9, the die sets 3, 8, 11 and the two sets of elastic top devices. The top device is composed of the sleeve 10, the mandrel 4, the bracket 6, the spring 5 and the flange 7. Work before the punch 2 and the template 1 along with the slider in place, the bracket 6 under the action of the spring 5 with the mandrel 4 and the sleeve 10 is in the initial state, the parts are placed in 3,8,11 three concave U formed by the mold
