近年来,应用微量元素分析的技术和理论。研究中医药基本理论,国内巳屡报有告,为了进一步研究虚证与微量元素的关系,我们对羟基脲所致“阳虚”动物的血清和各种组织,用原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测试其Hu、Zn、Mg、Fe的含量,并观察传统的补阳药对微量元素代谢的影响,现报告如下。
