目的:探讨p16、cerbB-2蛋白在胃肿瘤中的表达及发生中的作用.方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测胃正常黏膜、腺瘤及腺癌中p16、cerbB-2蛋白的表达.结果:p16蛋白在腺癌和腺瘤中表达明显低于正常黏膜(P<0.001,P<0.001);腺瘤组与腺癌组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);低分化腺癌组、有淋巴结转移组p16蛋白表达明显低于高分化腺癌组、无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05,P<0.001),5a死亡组明显低于存活组(P<0.01).cerbB-2蛋白在腺癌、腺瘤中表达明显高于正常黏膜(P<0.001,P<0.001).腺癌中p16蛋白低表达与CerbB-2蛋白高表达呈负相关性(rs=-0.4984,P<0.001).结论:p16、cerbB-2基因的缺失和蛋白的异常表达在胃腺癌的发生、发展中起着重要的作用,对判断其预后具有重要的价值.
Objective: To investigate the expression of p16 and cerbB-2 in gastric neoplasms and their roles in carcinogenesis.Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of p16 and cerbB-2 in gastric mucosa, adenoma and adenocarcinoma.Results The expression of p16 protein in adenocarcinoma and adenoma was significantly lower than that in normal mucosa (P <0.001, P <0.001). There was no significant difference between adenocarcinoma and adenocarcinoma (P> 0.05) , The expression of p16 in lymph node metastasis group was significantly lower than that in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma group, no lymph node metastasis group (P <0.05, P <0.001), and the death rate in 5a group was significantly lower than that in survival group Adenocarcinoma and adenoma (P <0.001, P <0.001) .The negative correlation between the low expression of p16 protein and the high expression of CerbB-2 in adenocarcinoma (rs = -0.4984, P <0.001) .Conclusion: The deletion of p16, cerbB-2 gene and the aberrant expression of protein play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric adenocarcinoma and have important value in judging the prognosis.
