矿山开采作业中存在诸多的危险因子,对作业人员生命财产安全构成了巨大的威胁,同时不利于确保国家资产的安全和国民经济的稳定发展。因此,随着矿山开采数量的增多以及规模的不断扩大,国家为矿山安全管理的法律支持,相继出台了各项矿山安全法律法规,进一步保障了矿山生产安全,在一定程度上减少了矿山事故的发生,有利于促进采矿业的健康稳定发展。在此背景下,本文结合层次分析法的概念,构建了矿山安全管理指标体系,系统的阐述了层次分析法在矿山安全管理的应用。旨在为矿山安全管理决策的制定提供可靠的依据,提高矿山安全管理水平。

In this context, this article combines the concept of AHP to build a mine safety management indicator system, and systematically expounds the application of AHP in mine safety management. The purpose is to provide a reliable basis for the formulation of mine safety management decision-making and improve the level of mine safety management.
