目的:了解新疆贫困县三级医疗机构居民对医疗服务的满意度,分析其影响因素,为卫生部门提高农村卫生服务质量和居民满意度水平提供决策参考。方法:对新疆6个贫困县的782名居民进行问卷调查,利用SPSS 17.0对数据进行录入分析,采用构成比进行统计描述,χ2检验进行统计推断。结果:被调查的782位居民中,看病首选县级医疗机构者占38.24%,乡镇卫生院占34.27%,村级医疗机构者占1.79%;应就诊未就诊的情况依次为经济困难、自感病轻、交通不便、无时间等;总体来看对医疗机构最满意的方面前三位是服务态度好、就诊方便、技术水平高,最不满意的方面前三位是技术水平低、设备环境差、等候时间过长。居民对三级医疗机构的整体服务满意度均不高,在70%以下。居民对县乡村三级医疗机构总的满意度依次为县>乡>村。结论:居民对三级医疗机构的整体服务满意度均不高,农村基层医疗机构卫生服务存在的突出问题是医疗技术水平低、设备环境差,要想提高居民满意度,从加强医务人员的专业技术水平、改善服务环境等方面加强自身建设是关键。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the satisfaction of residents in tertiary medical institutions in poverty-stricken counties in Xinjiang and analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide decision-making reference for the health department to improve the quality of rural health services and residents’ satisfaction. Methods: A total of 782 inhabitants of 6 poverty-stricken counties in Xinjiang were surveyed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Statistical comparisons were carried out using the constituent ratio, and the χ2 test was used for statistical inference. Results: Of the 782 inhabitants surveyed, 38.24% were the first choice county medical institutions, 34.27% were township hospitals, and 1.79% were village-level medical institutions. Among the 782 surveyed residents who were not attending the clinics, they were economically disadvantaged, self-conscious Light, inconvenient, no time; the first three aspects of the most satisfactory aspects of the medical institutions are good service attitude, convenient treatment, high technical level, the most dissatisfied aspects of the top three is the low level of technology, equipment, environment Poor, waiting time is too long. Residents of the three hospitals are not satisfied with the overall service satisfaction, below 70%. Residents of county and township level three general satisfaction with the medical institutions for the county> Township> Village. Conclusion: The residents are not satisfied with the overall service of the tertiary medical institutions. The outstanding problems existing in the primary medical institutions ’health services in rural areas are the low level of medical technology and poor equipment environment. To enhance the residents’ satisfaction, Technical level, improve the service environment, strengthen self-construction is the key.
