介绍了王水水浴分解试样,利用双道原子荧光光谱分析仪测定地球化学样品中的As、Sb、Bi和Hg,对仪器的最佳测试条件进行了实验,并研究确立了方法的检出限、精密度和准确度。经国家一级标准物质的验证,分析结果与推荐值的吻合性很好。经实验方法的检出限为:4.43×10-3—0.075μg·g-1,精密度RSD(n=12)为:1.12%—3.21%,准确度ΔlgC(n=12)为:-0.08—0.07,方法操作简便、快速、准确,适用于大批量地球化学样品的快速测定,经过实际生产的检验完全满足地质要求,适宜推广。
The decomposition samples of aqua regia were introduced. As, Sb, Bi and Hg in geochemical samples were measured by dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer, and the best testing conditions of the instrument were tested. The detection method was established Limit, precision and accuracy. The verification by the national standard material shows good agreement with the recommended values. The detection limit of the experimental method was 4.43 × 10-3-0.075μg · g-1, the precision RSD (n = 12) was 1.12% -3.21%, the accuracy ΔlgC (n = 12) was -0.08 -0.07.
