以木香薷为试材,以自然风干常温保存6个月的木香薷茎、叶、花序为供体,4℃干藏2个月的木香薷种子为受体,采用3×5二因素完全随机试验设计,测定了种子生物活性(发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、成苗率),探索了木香薷的自化感效应。结果表明:除供体类型对成苗率有显著影响(P<0.05)外,供体类型和水浸液浓度对受体的发芽势、发芽指数、发芽率、成苗率均有极显著影响(P<0.01)。供体自化感效应的强弱顺序是叶>花序>茎;叶的水浸液对其种子萌发起化感抑制作用,且随水浸液浓度升高抑制作用增强;茎和花序的水浸液对其种子萌发表现为“低促高抑”的浓度效应。不同供体处理对受体4项指标均起抑制作用,由强到弱的顺序是发芽势>发芽指数>成苗率>发芽率。由于叶片淋溶是木香薷释放化感物质的主要途径之一,故栽培管理中应注意清除枯枝落叶,以减轻化感自毒作用。

The infiltration of stems and inflorescences The effect of liquid on the germination of its seeds was “low promoting high inhibition” concentration effect. Different donor treatment inhibited the four indicators of the receptor, from strong to weak order germination potential> germination index> seedling rate> germination rate. As leaf leaching is one of the main ways to release allelochemicals, it should pay attention to the removal of litter in order to reduce the allelopathy and self-toxicity.
