目的:探讨新疆哈萨克族成人指骨长度与身高的关系。方法:随机选择健康哈萨克族成人200例(男女各100例)进行双手后前位X线摄片,分别测量受检者各节指骨长度和身高,计算各节指骨长度的平均数、标准差和标准误,并且从各节指骨长度推断指骨长度与身高的逐步回归方程。结果:男性和女性各节指骨长度之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经相关分析建立了哈萨克族成人通过指骨长度推断身高的3个逐步回归方程(Y1=119.985+2.320YM2,Y2=107.058+1.468YM2+0.972ZX1,Y3=104.080+0.912YM2+0.906ZX1+0.931YH3)。结论:右侧拇指第二节指骨长度、右侧环指第三节指骨长度和左侧小指第一节指骨长度建立的回归方程更为合理,对推断身高简单实用,具有较高的参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between adult phalanx length and height of Xinjiang Kazakhs. Methods: Two hundred patients (100 males and 100 females) were randomly selected from healthy Kazaks for posterior anterior radiographs. The phalanges of the phalanges were measured respectively. The mean and standard deviation of the phalanges were calculated Standard error, and from the phalanx length of the phalanx deduced phalanx length and height of the gradual regression equation. Results: There was a significant difference in the length of phalanges between male and female sections (P <0.01). Based on the correlation analysis, three stepwise regression equations were established to estimate the height of Kazak adults through phalanges (Y1 = 119.985 + 2.320YM2, Y2 = 107.058 + 1.468YM2 + 0.972ZX1, Y3 = 104.080 + 0.912YM2 + 0.906ZX1 + 0.931YH3) . Conclusion: It is more reasonable to establish the regression equation of phalanx length of the second thumb of the right thumb, third phalange of the third ring of the right thumb and the phalange of the first finger of the left little finger, which is of high reference value for inferring height.
