苏霍姆林斯基曾经说过:“理想的教育是:培养真正的人,让每一个人都能幸福的度过一生。这就是教育应该追求的恒久性、终极性价值。”在深化教育改革的今天,我们需要把教育的一切都与师生的幸福生活联系起来。因此,经过深入的讨论研究,并请教专家,我校确定把幸福文化教育作为学校的科研课题,通过实施幸福文化工程,打造学校特色,提高师生素质,提高师生幸福指数。现从以下几方面谈谈我们的一些思考和探索。幸福文化教育的办学理念
