中國人民大學的愛國主義教育,恰像一條紅線貫串着全部課程和教學環節;也貫串着學生的整個學習與活動。這絕不是臨時附加的或可有可無的東西,而是實現教育計劃的偉大的助力。總起來說,它表現在兩個方面: 一、把愛國主義教育貫澈到全部課程中间去首先是以馬列主義毛澤東思想去武装學生。馬列主義是從人類一切知識的總和中創造出來的唯一客觀真理,能够指導我們正確地行動。毛澤東思想是馬列主義與中國革命實際相結合的思想,是在中國土壤裏生根、發育、壯大起來的馬列主義。毛澤東的道路是五四運動以來的中國革命唯一正確的道路,毛澤東思想邏輯和中國革命發展的規律是完全一致的。五四運動主張社會主義宣傳與工人運動相結合。大革命時期,毛澤東思想無論在建黨、工運、統戰、農運
Patriotic education at Renmin University of China, just like a red line runs through all the curricula and teaching links; also runs through the students’ entire learning and activities. This is by no means an ad hoc or dispensable thing, but a great help in realizing the education plan. To sum it up, it manifests itself in two aspects: First, educating patriotism throughout the entire curriculum begins by arming the students with Marxism-Leninism-Mao Tse-tung’s thought. Marxism-Leninism is the only objective truth created from the summation of all human knowledge and can guide us in the right direction. Mao Zedong Thought is the ideology of combining Marxism-Leninism with the reality of the Chinese revolution and is Marxism-Leninism that has taken root, developed, and thrived in the soil of China. The road to Mao Tse-tung is the only correct way for the Chinese revolution since the May 4th Movement. The logic of Mao Tse-tung’s thought is exactly the same as that of the Chinese revolution.
