当年上海纺织走出困境就是靠国有资本重组,用的就是国有资本流动的特性上海作为国企改革的桥头堡,在上一轮的国企改革和产业结构调整中取得了巨大的成功,发挥了巨大的作用。特别是上海“母亲工业”——纺织业的大调整,传统产业顺利调整优化为新兴产业腾出空间、50万产业工人顺利平稳的分流转岗,创造了国企改革的奇迹。随着新一轮国资国企改革大幕的拉开,《上海国资》专访了上一轮产业结构调整的亲历者,上海纺织控股集团前董事长朱匡宇,他认为,改革需要有思想的高度和卓越的智慧。
