众包作为一种新的开放式创新模式,正日益受到人们的关注。为了探讨用户参与行为影响因素之间的作用关系以及关键因素,本文通过文献研究法,总结归纳了发包方、众包平台、接包方三个维度下影响用户参与众包的14种因素,并在专家打分的基础上,运用了模糊集理论和决策实验室分析法揭示了各影响因素之间的综合影响程度,以及影响因素的中心度和原因度。分析发现赏金数额、任务难易程度以及项目规模是影响用户参与众包的主要因素,最后根据分析结果提出了促进用户参与众包的建议。
As a new open innovation model, crowdsourcing is getting more and more attention. In order to explore the relationship between the factors influencing user engagement and the key factors, this paper summarizes 14 factors that affect users’ participation in crowdsourcing under the three dimensions of the employer, the crowdsourcing platform and the incoming packet through literature research method On the basis of expert scoring, fuzzy sets theory and decision-making laboratory analysis are used to reveal the comprehensive influence among the influencing factors as well as the centrality and cause of the influencing factors. The analysis found that the amount of bounty, the degree of difficulty of the task and the size of the project are the main factors that affect users ’participation in crowdsourcing. Finally, according to the analysis results, suggestions are put forward to promote users’ participation in crowdsourcing.
