过敏性紫瘢是一种血管变态反应性出血性疾病。其发病机理有两种可能：①速发型变态反应；②抗原──抗体复合物反应［１］。凉上消斑汤是著名老中医段富津教授用以治疗血热风毒型紫瘢的验方，据临床对４５例患者观察，疗效为９７．８％。通过实验研究证明：该方对大鼠肥大细胞脱颗粒有明显抑制作用，实验对照组脱颗粒细胞数为８３．５％，而用药组则为２２．８％，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．００１），而与正常对照组１９．１７％接近（Ｐ＞０．０５），对大鼠肥大细胞脱颗粒的保护率为９４．４％。
Allergic purpura is a vascular allergic bleeding disorder. There are two possible mechanisms for its pathogenesis: 1 fast-type hair allergy; 2 antigen--antibody complex reaction [1]. Liangshang Xiaoban Decoction is a prescription for the treatment of blood-heat and wind-toxic purpura by the famous old Chinese section Professor Fu Jin. According to clinical observations of 45 patients, the curative effect was 97.8%. Through experimental studies, it was proved that this prescription had a significant inhibitory effect on rat mast cell degranulation. The number of degranulation cells in the experimental control group was 83.5%, whereas in the drug treatment group it was 22.8%, and the difference was very significant (P<0. 001), which is close to 19.17% of the normal control group (P>0.05). The protective rate of rat mast cell degranulation was 94.4%.
