档案学硕士研究生培养过程中导师作用的合理实现事关档案学硕士研究生培养的质量,应当给予足够的重视。本文有选择地从档案学硕士研究生导师必须具备的更新能力、反思能力以及与教学对象的互动能力等要素进行了探讨与分析。
The reasonable realization of the role of supervisor in the process of cultivating Master Degree in Archives is related to the quality of master’s degree training in Archives. We should pay enough attention to it. This article selectively explores and analyzes elements such as the ability of updating, reflective ability and interaction with teaching objects, which must be possessed by master tutor of archives.
