目的 研究解毒酶GSTs基因多态性与鼻咽癌的遗传易感性。方法 应用PCR技术 ,对 80例鼻咽癌和 72例正常人进行对照研究其谷胱苷肽硫转移酶GSTT1基因缺失与鼻咽癌高发的关系。结果 GSTT1基因缺失率在鼻咽癌组和对照组的阳性率分别 6 3 75 % (5 1 / 80 )和 4 0 2 7% (2 9/ 72 ) ,P <0 0 1。结论 广西柳州鼻咽癌患者GSTT1缺失率偏高 ,为遗传易感因素 ,外加环境致癌物作用 ,成为鼻咽癌主要原因之一。
Objective To study the genetic polymorphisms of detoxifying enzyme GSTs and the genetic predisposition of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 80 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 72 normal subjects were studied by PCR. The relationship between GSTT1 gene deletion and high incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was studied. Results The positive rates of GSTT1 gene deletion in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group and control group were 63 75% (51/80) and 42 07% (29/72) respectively, P <0.01. Conclusion The deletion rate of GSTT1 in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Liuzhou, Guangxi Province is high, which is a predisposing factor to genetic carcinogens. It is one of the main causes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
