According to Japanese media reports, the Japanese government recently passed the 2011 edition of the White Paper on Manufacturing at a cabinet meeting. The white paper warned that the Japanese manufacturing industry in the global market share decline, the outlook is worrying. To revive its reputation, the White Paper points out the importance of further seizing emerging markets by investing in cheap goods.
