在人间生活,请客是常有的事。我们请人吃饭,别人请我们吃饭,人际间的应酬往来,中外皆然。中国人有一句话说:“在餐桌上,比在会议桌上更容易解决问题。”可见吃饭不但是交际应酬,也是处理事情的大好时机。一般人请人吃饭,总以为用上等的菜肴,能让宾客吃得欢喜,就是一次成功的宴会。其实不尽然,因为宾客接受我们的邀请,不光只是为了来吃菜,主人的心意更重要。请客应该注意如下数点:
