作者简介:陈美明,笔名啸吟天。一九六三年出生于吉林省柳河县。研究生学历,高级经济师职称。现为大连融仕担保有限公司和辽宁诗维文化传媒有限公司董事长。中国诗歌学会副总干事,《中国诗人》杂志社社长。荣获中国当代诗歌奖(2011-2012)新锐奖及其他数种诗歌创作奖项。作品散见于《十月》《诗刊》《星星》《诗歌月刊》《中国铁路文艺》《中国诗人》《鸭绿江》《诗潮》《诗林》《特区文学》《群岛》《世界诗人》
