目的:检测桑白皮样品中的农药残留情况,确保药材质量。方法:用气质联用(GC-MS)法快速测定桑白皮样品的多种农药。采用不分流进样模式;进样口采用程序升温:120℃(4.5 min)按80℃/min至250℃(34 min);柱温箱程序升温:82℃(5 min)按8℃/min至280℃;柱流速控制:恒压120 Mpa;载气总流速:30 mL/min;柱流速:1.75 mL/min。MS离子源温度:200℃;接口温度:250℃;质谱检测模式:SIM。结果:对检测的样品进行分析发现,其中具有农药残留,并且虫螨畏含量很高。结论:样品中含有虫螨畏残留,可确定在生产过程中虫螨畏污染比较严重。
Objective: To detect the pesticide residues in the samples of Morus alba to ensure the quality of medicinal materials.
