加拿大Calgary（卡尔加里）市的nFluids公司通过9口井的钻井作业,证实加入其研制的纳米添加剂的钻井液,在井眼中能按照预期堵塞裂缝,提高井壁强度约60%,减少钻井液循环损失约90%,降低钻柱与井壁摩阻约50%,进而提高了机械钻速。而且,此纳米添加剂与现场使用的各种类型的钻井液均兼容。
