金属切削机床的电动机功率是根据机床最大切削量来选定的。我厂机床加工时,电机大部份是处在轻负载情况下,电机的功率因数很低,无功功率损耗大,浪费电力。如果将电机由原来的△接法换为Y接法,电机在轻载时就能提高功率因数,减少无功功率损耗,节约电力。但是,当电机重载时要保证出力,又必须立即换成△接法,为适应机床加工的实际需要,电机在运行中△和Y接法必须能自动切换。我厂已在大中小型机床上
