疫情报告是传染病监测管理工作中最基本和最重要的内容之一,传染病报告可为卫生行政部门掌握传染病的分布情况,为控制传染病的蔓延和降低传染病发病率提供依据。为了解综合性医院传染病的报告情况,我们对1997年度本院传染病漏报情况进行调查,现报告如下。调查内容与方法1．查对1997年1~12月本院门诊工作日志(包括内科、儿科、妇科、皮肤科、肠道门诊、感染科、急诊科、神经内科)、住院部登记本、放射科的摄片登记本和实验室的化验结果。2．查出的法定传染病与预防保健科的传染病个案登记本核对,凡无登记的传染病病例均属漏报。
