在对层次分析法进行改进研究的基础上，利用效用系数矩阵，建立了煤田开发项目投资方案评价优选模型。对该优选模型的应用进行了较全面深入地探讨。
Based on the improvement of AHP, the utility model is used to establish the optimal evaluation model of coalfield development project investment plan. The application of the optimal model is discussed in more comprehensive and in-depth.
