利用1989~1998年开展的中美合作课题“中国健康与营养调查”1991和1993年的调查资料,分别在中国八省选取2~6岁的儿童及其母亲1180、916对,采用分层分析的方法,探讨母亲的收入水平对学前儿童营养素摄入的影响。发现母亲的收入水平越高,儿童各营养素的摄入越高。消除了家庭经济因素的干扰以后,在低收入家庭中母亲对家庭经济的贡献与儿童的营养素摄入明显相关,母亲收入占家庭总收入的比例越大,儿童各营养素的摄入越高。但是在中等收入和高收入家庭中规律不明显。说明在低收入家庭,母亲的收入水平对学前儿童的膳食状况十分重要
Based on the survey data of “China Health and Nutrition Survey” conducted between 1989 and 1998 conducted by China Health and Nutrition Survey in 1991 and 1993, 1180,916 pairs of children aged 2-6 and their mothers were selected from eight provinces in China. The stratified analysis Approach to explore the impact of mother’s income on the nutrient intake of preschool children. The higher the income level of a mother, the higher the intake of children’s nutrients. After eliminating the disruption of economic factors, the contribution of mothers to the family economy in low-income families is significantly related to children’s nutrient intake. The greater the proportion of mothers’ income in the total family income, the higher the children’s nutrient intake. However, the law is not obvious in middle-income and high-income families. This shows that in low-income families, the income level of mothers is very important for the preschool children’s diet
