介绍了洛阳石油化工工程公司炼制研究所开发的劣质汽油芳构化改质技术 ,利用芳构化技术改质直馏汽油 ,可以得到 64.4 %的高辛烷值汽油 ,并副产 30 .2 %的液化石油气 ,所产高辛烷值汽油基本符合我国 90号无铅汽油质量要求。试验证明新开发的催化剂具有良好的活性和稳定性 ,催化剂单程操作周期在 15天以上。该技术为炼油厂汽油质量的升级开辟了一条新路 ,具有推广前景。
This paper introduces the aromatization modification technology of inferior gasoline developed by Refinery Research Institute of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company. Using aromatization technology to modify straight-run gasoline, 64.4% of high-octane gasoline can be obtained and its byproduct is 30.2 % Of liquefied petroleum gas, produced by high-octane gasoline basically meet the 90th unleaded petrol quality requirements. The test proves that the newly developed catalyst has good activity and stability, and the catalyst has a one-way operation period of more than 15 days. The technology has opened up a new road for the refinery gasoline quality upgrade, with promotion prospects.
