目的:探讨杀虫剂对蜚蠊药效下降的原因。方法:瓶膜法(500ml果酱瓶)测KT_(50)。结果:德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯KT_(50)为45.34min,氯菊酯KT_(50)为78.69min,DDVP KT_(50)>120min;黑胸大蠊对溴氰菊酯KT_(50)为5.08min,氯菊酯KT_(50)为3.42min,DDVP KT_(50)为22.80min;澳洲大蠊对溴氰菊酯KT_(50)为3.43min~9.96min,氯菊酯KT_(50)为3.42min~5.87min,DDVP KT_(50)>120min;褐斑大蠊对溴氰菊酯KT_(50)为4.63min~8.82min,氯菊酯KT_(50)为2.34min~5.88min,马拉硫磷KT_(50)为58.15min,DDVP KT_(50)>120min;美洲大蠊对溴氰菊酯KT_(50)为4.30min~5.37min,氯菊酯KT_(50)为5.26min~7.24min,马拉硫磷KT_(50)为34.46min~92.07min,DDVP KT_(50)>120min。结论:德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯和DDVP产生抗性;美洲大蠊对常用杀虫剂有耐药性,对DDVP产生抗性;澳洲大蠊、褐斑大蠊和黑陶大蠊为第一次报道。

CONCLUSIONS: German cockroach is resistant to deltamethrin, permethrin and DDVP. American cockroach is resistant to commonly used insecticides and resistant to DDVP.
