目的分析替代疗法对甲状腺功能减退症患者血脂及心肌酶谱的影响。方法选取2010年5月至2012年5月我院收治的80例甲状腺功能减退症患者为研究对象(实验组),另选取同一时期80例健康体检者为对照组。对实验组80例患者给予德国默克公司生产的优甲乐片(左甲状腺素钠片)行替代疗法,检查患者行替代疗法前后血脂及心肌酶谱变化。结果实验组行替代疗法前血脂及心肌酶谱的指标均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);行替代疗法后,实验组患者的血脂及心肌酶谱指标明显下降,与治疗前有较大差异,与对照组对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺功能减退症患者血脂及心肌酶谱均异常,经过替代疗法治疗后血脂及心肌酶谱指标有变化。 Objective To analyze the effects of alternative therapies on serum lipids and myocardial enzymes in patients with hypothyroidism. Methods From May 2010 to May 2012, 80 cases of hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital were selected as the experimental group (experimental group). Another 80 healthy people were selected as the control group in the same period. Eighty patients in the experimental group were given the replacement therapy of MTT (levothyroxine sodium tablets) produced by Merck KGaumsch GmbH in Germany, and the changes of serum lipids and myocardial enzymes before and after the replacement therapy were examined. Results The indexes of serum lipids and myocardial enzymes in the experimental group before the replacement therapy were all higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After the replacement therapy, the indexes of serum lipids and myocardial enzymes in the experimental group were significantly decreased Before treatment there is a big difference, compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The levels of lipids and myocardial enzymes in patients with hypothyroidism are abnormal. The indexes of serum lipids and myocardial enzymes change after the replacement therapy.
