本文介绍了磁悬浮控制技术的发展与应用情况。在建立系统动力学模型的基础上分析了隔振系统的基本特性,提出了应用加速度反馈来压低系统频带的方法。实验结果显示了该方案的有效性。
This article describes the development and application of magnetic levitation control technology. Based on the establishment of the system dynamics model, the basic characteristics of the vibration isolation system are analyzed and the method of using the acceleration feedback to reduce the system frequency band is proposed. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the scheme.
