在应试教学的影响下,我国学生普遍缺少自主学习的热情,为了改变这一现状,新课改对教育教学提出了新的要求,即要求教师要学会合理应用激励教学,并借助激励教学来帮助学生实现全面发展。就小学语文而言,激励教学的引入,切实地提高了小学语文教学的质量和效率,同时,作为一种有效地教学手段,激励教学也已逐渐在小学语文教学中占据了十分重要的地位。本文将以如何更好的在小学语文教学中应用激励教学为主要内容,进行相应的策略分析,希望以此来促进激励教学在教学中的应用及推广,进而实现小学语文教学质量的提升,帮助学生更加健康的发展与成长。
