Beauty surgery can only succeed without failure. In recent years, cases of body injury caused by beauty and then resorting to law have drawn more and more attention from all walks of life. This topic studies some legal issues in the claims for cosmetic damage in order to promote the relevant legal system. I. Materials and Methods The research materials of this project are from 29 cases of successful claims collected by courts, newspapers and magazines from 1994 to 2000
