青年时期的男性,一般来说健康状况良好。许多事业心强的男性,忙于进取,往往忽略了健康投资。也有的男性,甚至做出健康透支的事情,比如说,性生活不注意卫生、抽烟、酗酒、经常熬夜等等。您可知道,实际上,从20岁左右,衰老的过程就开始了,如果不注意健康投资,等到你感觉到健康不如以前时,已经不能扭转衰老的进程了。
