液体密度测量是科学研究和生产过程中不可缺少的.本文介绍一种基于阿基米德液体浮力原理测量原油密度的自动测量方法和仪器,并论述了浮子-弹性体-电容传感器组成的复合传感器的原理及采用微机进行控制和数据处理.该仪器具有稳定性好、灵敏度高、测量范围宽、自动化程度高(自动测量、自动进行密度-温度换算和自动存储功能)等特点。该仪器不仅可以用于原油及其产品的测量,还可广泛用于化工、轻工、冶金、食品和医药卫生等领域。
Liquid density measurement is indispensable in scientific research and production process.This paper introduces an automatic measurement method and instrument for measuring the density of crude oil based on the principle of Archimedes liquid buoyancy and discusses the composite sensor composed of a float-elastomer-capacitance sensor Principle and microcomputer control and data processing.The instrument has the characteristics of good stability, high sensitivity, wide measuring range and high degree of automation (automatic measurement, automatic density-temperature conversion and automatic storage). The instrument not only for the measurement of crude oil and its products, but also widely used in chemical, light industry, metallurgy, food and medical and health fields.
