社会转型期,我国经济结构和社会结构的剧烈变动,对现行道德体系和道德规范带来的冲击,已引发了现实道德领域中的公德淡漠,伦理失范,信仰缺失,是非模糊,善恶混淆等,这些近乎司空见惯的社会常态,干扰着经济社会的和谐发展。人们在呼唤社会公序良俗,探究社会公德失范原因的同时,也在追寻新道德秩序重建的路径和方法,以期促进社会公德水平不断提升,推动经济社会的和谐发展和社会系统的良性运转。
