采用光学显微镜对承钢不同MgO含量的含钛烧结矿矿物组成及显微结构进行了系统研究。结果表明,随MgO配加量的增加,烧结矿结构由熔蚀结构过渡到粒状结构;金属相含量升高,而黏结相含量降低;烧结矿转鼓指数有所降低,低温还原粉化性能有所改善。建议承钢烧结原料中MgO配加量控制在2.0%左右。
The composition and microstructure of the titanium-bearing sinter with different MgO content in the bearing steel were systematically studied by optical microscope. The results show that with the increase of MgO content, the sinter structure transitions from the melt structure to the granular structure; the content of the metal phase increases while the content of the binder phase decreases; the drum index of the sinter decreases, and the low temperature reduction and pulverization properties Improved.
