针对华北油田京 11断块油藏原油黏度低、酸值低、水驱采收率高和储集层黏土含量高等特点 ,优选得到适合于该油藏的最佳低浓度弱碱三元复合体系 :2SY重烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂 ( 0 .15 %) Na2 CO3( 0 .5 %) SY ( 1.5 g L)。采用实验方法 ,系统研究京 11断块环境因素对该三元复合体系的界面张力性质、流变性以及表面活性剂和碱剂吸附损耗的影响 ,结果表明 :该体系对矿化度、多价金属离子浓度变化以及稀释效应等环境因素影响的耐受性较强。物理模型驱油效率试验结果表明 :在水驱至含水 98%后 ,相继注入 0 .3倍孔隙体积最佳三元复合体系主段塞和 0 .2倍孔隙体积 1.2 g L聚合物溶液保护段塞 ,可提高采收率 2 1%以上。图 3表 6参 7
In view of the low crude oil viscosity, low acid value, high water recovery rate and high clay content in the reservoir of Jing 11 fault block in Huabei Oilfield, the best low concentration weak base ternary compound system suitable for this reservoir is obtained. : 2SY Heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactant (0.15%) Na2 CO3 (0.5%) SY (1.5 g L). The effects of environmental factors on the interfacial tension properties, rheological properties and adsorption loss of surfactants and alkali agents in Beijing ternary complex system were studied systematically by means of experimental methods. The results show that the system has great influence on the salinity, polyvalent metal Ion concentration changes and dilution effects of environmental factors such as strong tolerance. Physical model displacement efficiency test results show that: after the water flooding to 98% water content, were injected 0.3 times the best volume pore volume of the main system plug and 0.2 times the pore volume of 1.2 g L polymer solution protection segment Plug, can improve oil recovery 21% above.
