在传统的腹会阴联合直肠癌切除(Miles 术)术中,由于游离直肠的方法不当,发生骶前静脉丛撕裂出血,虽可用纱布压迫止血,但有时很难控制,甚至会导致失血性休克而死亡。我院自1965年至1978年,在一组149例手术切除的直肠癌患者中,发生骶前静脉丛出血者10例,占7%。作者认为,造成骶前静脉丛出血的主要原因是在游离直肠后壁时,采用非直视下的手指钝性分离法,造成 Waldeyer 氏筋
