1煤气燃烧装置的结构特征和基本原理工业锅炉煤气燃烧装置由煤气发生炉、煤气浓度检测仪、紧急切断及放散排空装置、除尘斗、煤气燃烧机、熄火保护装置、风机、化学除硫装置以及自动化电气控制装置等构成。主要作用:是将煤炭气化引人工业锅炉内燃烧。基本原理:利用了水封的水柱压力与煤气压力之间存在着压差的原理,并采用可编程PLC控制器控制和VVVF变频风机调节,来实现自动控制造气、调节燃烧、紧急切断以及放散排空,以确保节能环保和安全运行。煤气发生炉设备工艺流程图如图1所示。
