我国已将尿素列入了游泳池水质监测指标。过去的尿素检测方法比较复杂,而且重现性也差。而二乙酰-肟比色定量法虽然操作简单、灵敏度及重现性较优,但该方法要求使用棕色比色管,否则因光线影响检测值。为了观察在尿素检测过程中的避光及棕色管的使用对检测结果的影响,做了如下实验。
China has included urea in swimming pool water quality monitoring indicators. The past urea test method is more complex, and reproducibility is poor. While diacetyl - oxime colorimetric method is simple, sensitive and reproducible, but this method requires the use of a brown colorimetric tube, otherwise the light affect the detection value. In order to observe the effects of dark and brown tubes on the test results during the urea test, the following experiment was done.
