第一節 問題的提出 钢繩用钢丝的熱處理最近多採用鉛淬火的方法。即把钢絲加熱到A_(c3)臨界點以上,然後在鉛中淬火或者在空氣中冷却。有時也採取熔鹽來代替熔鉛進行冷却。 鉛淬火的目的主要是滿足下面三個要求: 1) 消除钢丝在以前冷拔過程中所產生的變形應力。恢復可塑性; 2) 改善钢丝的結晶組織,使得到均匀分散的珠光體組織(索氏體);
Section I put forward the problem of steel wire rope heat treatment recently used lead quenching method. That is, the wire is heated above the critical point of A_ (c3) and then quenched in lead or cooled in air. Molten salt is sometimes used instead of molten lead for cooling. The main purpose of lead quenching to meet the following three requirements: 1) eliminate the wire in the previous cold drawing process produced by the deformation stress. Restore plasticity; 2) to improve the crystalline structure of the wire, so that uniform dispersion of pearlite (sorbite);
