目的研究乌鸡天麻营养液对小鼠机体免疫调节的作用。方法以小鼠为动物模型,观察低、中、高剂量(16.7、33.4和50.0ml/kgbw)的乌鸡天麻营养液对小鼠体重、免疫器官相对重量、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核巨噬细胞功能、NK细胞活性的影响。结果乌鸡天麻营养液可明显提高小鼠胸腺/体重比值(P<0.05);各剂量组与对照组相比,极显著的增加小鼠脾细胞溶血空斑数(P<0.01),且剂量越高,作用效果越显著;低、中剂量组均能显著增强小鼠NK细胞活性(P<0.05)。结论乌鸡天麻营养液具有增强机体免疫功能的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Wuji Gastrodia on the immune regulation of mice. METHODS: Mice were used as animal models to observe the effects of low-, medium-, and high-dose (16.7, 33.4, and 50.0 ml/kgbw) Wuji Gastrodia solution on mouse body weight, immune organ relative weight, cellular immune function, humoral immune function, and single-nucleus Macrophage function, effects of NK cell activity. Results Wuji Gastrodia nutrient solution could significantly increase the ratio of thymus/body weight in mice (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, each dose group significantly increased the number of hemolytic plaques in mouse spleen cells (P<0.01), and the dosage was increased. The higher the effect, the more effective the effect; the low and middle dose group can significantly enhance the activity of mouse NK cells (P <0.05). Conclusion Wuji Gastrodia nutrient solution can enhance the immune function of the body.
