民族区域自治是我国少数民族政治体系的存在形态,其本质是民族自治与区域自治的有机结合。民族区域自治制度在新时代的建设实践中暴露出的问题表明,实现民族政治与公民政治的平衡是少数民族政治发展的必然方向。
Regional ethnic autonomy is the existence of the ethnic political system in our country. Its essence is the organic combination of ethnic autonomy and regional autonomy. The problems exposed by the system of ethnic regional autonomy in the construction and practice of the new era show that realizing the balance between ethnic politics and civil politics is the inevitable direction for the political development of ethnic minorities.
