本试验探讨新疆杨无性繁殖育苗过程中,不同土壤基质对插穗的成活率和生长量的影响;热处理插穗和冬藏插穗的成活和生长情况对比研究。结果表明:在不同的土壤上扦插育苗,插穗的成活率和生长量不同,沙壤比较好,壤土居中,粘土比较差;热处理插穗的成活率和年平均高与冬藏插穗的成活率和年平均高差异小。
In this experiment, the effects of different soil matrices on the survival rate and growth rate of cuttings in Xinjiang asexual propagation and seedling growth were investigated. The results showed that the survival rate and growth rate of cuttings in different soil were different, the sandy soil was better, the loam soil was middle, and the clay was worse. The survival rate and average annual height of heat-treated cuttings were the same as that of winter cuttings The average height difference is small.
