本文提出了自抽连续离心原理。由于转速与流量之间的依赖关系,在这一新的离心技术中只有一个操作参数——转速,因此,与至今为止的连续离心相比,操作更简单,分离成本便宜。本文给出的自抽连续流动中流量与转速的关系,在低转速段要比高转速段更与实验结果相符。根据该原理制作的实验装置分离聚苯乙烯颗粒的实验验证了自抽连续离心原理,还得到了澄清度与综合操作参数的关系图,对小鼠骨髓瘤细胞的分离说明该技术对活细胞分离的适应性很好,活细胞的死亡率甚微。
This paper presents a continuous centrifugal principle of self-pumping. Due to the dependence of rotational speed on flow rate, there is only one operating parameter in this new centrifugation technique - speed, therefore, the operation is simpler and the cost of separation is cheaper than the continuous centrifugation hitherto. The relationship between the flow rate and the rotation speed in the continuous flow of self-pumping given in this paper is more consistent with the experimental results at the lower rotation speed than at the higher rotation speed. According to this principle, the experimental device for separating polystyrene particles was used to verify the principle of self-pumping continuous centrifugation. The relationship between clarity and comprehensive operating parameters was also obtained. The separation of mouse myeloma cells shows that this technology can separate living cells The adaptability is very good, the death rate of living cells is very small.
