例1 男,37岁,结婚7年,其妻连续5次无明显原因流产,分别在50天至3个月不等。第6胎孕3个月曾以先兆流产保胎至足月分娩一唇腭裂死男婴。妻35岁,妇科检查正常,双方表型正常,身体健康。其妻染色体核型正常。男方染色体检查计数分析50个分裂相,核型为46,XY,t(2;7) (q31;p11),属平衡易位携带者。患者父亲病故,母亲、哥、妹表型、智力正常。除大嫂1次流产史外,均无流产史。他们未能做染色体检查。
Example 1 Male, 37 years old, married for 7 years, his wife had 5 consecutive abortion for no apparent reason, ranging from 50 days to 3 months respectively. 6th pregnancy 3 months had threatened abortion miscarriage to full-term delivery of a cleft lip and palate dead baby boy. Wife 35 years old, gynecological examination was normal, both normal phenotype, good health. His wife karyotype normal. Male chromosome test count analysis of 50 split phase karyotype 46, XY, t (2; 7) (q31; p11), is a balanced translocation carrier. Patient father died, mother, brother and sister phenotype, mental retardation. In addition to a sister abortion history, no abortion history. They failed to do a chromosome test.
