在各种空间飞行器中,都希望有一种可以随意伸收的伸杆机构。它在入轨前具有紧凑的结构,便于运输和发射;入轨后,可以几十倍、成百倍地伸长,并具有足够的刚度、强度和其它必要的化学物理性能。六十年代末,我国开展了这方面的研制工作。在各种方案中,我们选用了管状可卷曲储存的双层对包开缝杆,简称“双杆”。本文主要论述了“双杆”的性能、特点及其制造工艺;介绍了难度较大的双杆伸杆机构和一些简单有效的试验方法,提出了几点结论性意见,供有关专业人员参考。
In a variety of spacecraft, all hope that there is a stretch rod mechanism can be freely. In the late 1960s, China carried out research and development work in this area. In various scenarios, we selected a double-layer, tubular, stitched, stitched, stitched, stitched, double-barred tube. This article mainly discusses the performance, characteristics and manufacturing process of “double-rod”; introduces the double-rod extension mechanism which is more difficult and some simple and effective test methods, and puts forward some concluding observations for the reference of relevant professionals.
