1设计思想与教学目标本节课以“三鹿奶粉及三聚氰胺的事件”引入,围绕学生日常生产生活中的问题和学生感兴趣的事情设置问题情境,以生活问题贯穿整个课堂,中间适当穿插生活实验进行验证探究,让学生利用所学的化学知识解决生活中的问题,学生亲自动手做实验,这样既能调动学生的学习积极性又能达到很好的教学效果.2教学设计与过程2.1蛋白质的存在【问题情境】课件展示三鹿奶粉及三聚氰胺事件.
1 Design Ideas and Teaching Objectives This lesson was introduced with “Sanlu Milk Powder and Melamine Incidents”, setting up the problem situations around students ’problems in daily life and students’ interests, and living problems throughout the entire classroom. Interspersed with life experiments to verify the inquiry, so that students can use their knowledge of chemistry to solve the problems in life, students do hands-on experiments, so that students can not only mobilize the enthusiasm for learning but also to achieve good teaching results.2 Teaching Design and Process 2.1 The existence of protein [problem situation] courseware show Sanlu milk powder and melamine incident.
